Mark John Sacco
Mark Sacco has been a zealous advocate for the accused for nearly 20 years. He believes that every person has the right to an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. He takes his role as an advocate very seriously. As Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Marine Corps, he developed not only as a trial lawyer, but as a person committed to the rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Mr. Sacco is an experienced and tested trial lawyer – having won many trials and cases in jurisdictions throughout New York State. His practice areas include Federal criminal litigation, white collar crime, federal investigations and trial consulting. He is admitted in New York State, Connecticut, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court Northern District of New York, United States District Court Southern District of New York, United States District Court Eastern District of New York, United States District Court Western District of New York, and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
