Marni Jo Snyder
Philadelphia Attorney Marni Snyder is the firm’s managing partner. Her areas of concentration include criminal law and special education law. She is a Philadelphia native, Villanova Public Interest Fellow. Marni has tried thousands of misdemeanor cases, hundreds of felony bench trials, and many jury trials before various judges in the Criminal Justice Center. After clerking for the Honorable Carolyn Engel Temin in the Homicide Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, she served for five years as an assistant defender in the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She quickly made her way to the Major Trial Unit, trying serious cases to a jury. Most recently, she was an associate at Fox Rothschild, L.L.P. in the Labor and Employment Division / School Law Section handling special education matters in the School District of Philadelphia. Marni also has extensive experience in juvenile delinquency in Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, and has used her knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to serve her criminal clients in a more dynamic way.
