Matthew McLoughlin
Immigration Lawyer
Matt brings over 12 years of experience in immigration matters, initially serving as a law clerk in the nonprofit sector before becoming an attorney. In that role, he acted as the nonprofit organization’s liaison to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, helping ensure compliance, and prepared immigration cases, under attorney supervision, for hundreds of individuals.
Today, as an attorney, Matt’s practice spans both family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
As an immigrant to the United States himself, Matt understands the reality and importance of immigration. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving and international travel, having visited 47 countries and counting!
Matt is licensed to practice in Washington, and exclusively practices federal immigration law for clients nationwide.
