- Q. So I work at Subway, and have been accused of stealing meat from the store. All around the store, they are cameras.
- A: I am not sure what the question is. Are they charging you criminally? Did you lose your job? Does or will the camera footage show any theft? Good luck.
- Q. Can a landlord tell a renter that they have 30 days to leave the house they've been in for 12 years. What can we do?
- A: Yes. This is something that happens depending on whether you are month to month tenants or under a lease. You would be well advised to consult with a housing attorney and explore your options as soon as possible. You have rights that might be wasted if you wait too long. Good luck.
- Q. My sister Is filing bankruptcy on a a mortgage she took out against my mothers home. Can the rest of here debts come out
- A: Absolutely! Your mother needs her own attorney, particularly because of the funny business regarding the mortgage. Make sure she gets an experienced bankruptcy attorney to explain everything to her. Good luck.
