For the last ten years, Meredith has concentrated her practice on representation of victims of sexual harassment, and victims of discrimination and retaliation based on race, gender, age, religion, national origin, and disability, as well as those who have claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and under the Georgia Whistleblower Statutes.
In addition, Meredith reviews and negotiates severance agreements, noncompetes and nonsolicitation agreements.
Recently, Meredith has expanded her practice to help those injured due to the negligence of others in auto accidents and those injured on the premises of commercially owned property.
