Michael Banks
I began my legal career in 1996 as an assistant district attorney where I tried and prosecuted cases in the district and superior courts. I was subsequently employed by the Massachusetts State Police working with both the Middlesex District Attorney's Office and the Massachusetts Gaming Commission in criminal and regulatory matters. During this time, I maintained a private practice in civil litigation and estate planning. In 2022, I opened a new office in Lexington, Massachusetts with a primary focus in estate planning. I offer legal services to assist clients in developing estate plans to protect family assets, minimize or eliminate the need for probate, and minimize or eliminate tax burdens that families face after the loss of a loved one.
