Millicent Elizabeth Daniels
MILLICENT E. DANIELS, ESQ. hails from New Orleans, LA. Her family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida when she was a child. After graduating from high school, Ms. Daniels was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Florida. She is a graduate of both the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications (1999) (B.S. in Public Relations) and the University of Florida, College of Law (2002).
During her undergraduate studies, she was recognized as a campus leader at the University of Florida serving as a member of the Reitz Union Board of Managers and was recognized as a “Presidential Scholar” and “J. Wayne Reitz Scholar.” During her law studies, she served on the distinguished University of Florida Trial Team, where she ranked Number 2 in the United States in the American Bar Association Mock Trial Competition. At the University of Florida, College of Law, she also had the honor of being selected to the International Moot Court. After completing her studies, she was admitted into the Florida Bar.
Her practice includes all personal injury and criminal defense matters. Attorney Daniels is a past member of the Executive Board of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association. Additionally, in July 2014, she was appointed by the Chief Judge of Orange County to serve the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida (Orange and Osceola Counties) as an esteemed member of the Professionalism Panel.
