Tareq M. Hishmeh was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004. He attended Loyola Marymount University, where he earned a degree in Political Science. While at Loyola Marymount, he interned in the House of Representatives and at the US Commerce Department. In the Summer of 2000 he completed one semester of study at the prestigious Queens College at Oxford University, England.
Mr. Hishmeh earned his law degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Mr. Hishmeh, was an active member of Student Bar Association, competed in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition, served as a law clerk for the Ventura County Superior Court and the Ventura County Legal Self Help Center.
Mr. Hishmeh joined the firm in 2006. His practice areas include corporate, employment, real-estate and franchise law. In the area of franchise law Mr. Hishmeh comes to the firm with a wealth of knowledge and experience in multiple franchise operations, as well as having worked on legislation on the issue as an intern in Congress. Mr. Hishmeh is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, Ventura County Business Litigation Association, and the Ventura County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Hishmeh is an active member of the Executive Committee of the Boys and Girls Club of Ventura.
