Nadia Lewis is a Florida licensed Immigration Attorney and founder of the Lewis Law, P.A. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, Florida and her Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville, Florida, where she worked as a volunteer in the Florida Coastal School of Law Immigrant Rights Clinic. During her time at the Immigrant Rights Clinic, she represented low income immigrants in all types of immigration cases including representation before Immigration Court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She is a member of Broward County Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). The concentration of her practice is Immigration Law & Personal Injury. From Family based petitions, to Employment and Investor visas, at the core of her representation, is a client centered focus. Her clients include, families trying to reunite, skilled workers seeking U.S employment and companies seeking talented employees from overseas.
She prepares Asylum petitions, applications for Naturalization and applications for relief under the Violence Against Women Act and the Victim of Trafficking (VAWA) and Violent Crime Prevention Act, representation of clients in Removal/Deportation proceedings in both the detained and non-detained setting before Immigration Court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). - A: Are you a U.S citizen? If you are then you should look at getting him U.S citizenship, one temporary fix could be having him come back to the U.S and filing for a re-entry permit.
