Nazarena Ocon Hauser

I worked as a prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office of Broward County from 2011 until joining Solaris Law Group, P.A. in the summer of 2014. My experience as a prosecutor provides me valuable insights into how the state builds criminal cases and what defense strategies are most effective. As a trial-tested attorney I am always prepared to protect your rights and advocate aggressively in court if necessary. I represent individuals in misdemeanor and felony cases, including: traffic offenses, DUI, drug offenses, crimes involving prescription medication, theft, assault, and battery We represent clients throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties, including college students who face criminal charges. We have the resources to conduct our own investigation, if necessary, to strengthen your case. I have a full understanding of Florida criminal law, including when and how law enforcement officers overstep their boundaries and interfere with individuals' legal rights.
