Prior to law, Nicholas attained his B.A. from Arizona State University and has been a licensed real estate broker for many years. He also has a construction and small business administration background. Nicholas' areas of expertise include all aspects of consumer bankruptcy, debtor / creditor law, consumer law, automobile repossession disputes, auto dealer fraud, auto finance law, lemon law, usury, real estate law, real estate contracts and brokerage, landlord / tenant law, collection defense, ad valorem taxation, and other general civil litigation matters. He also is an advocate for property owners and represents them in front of the local property appraisers at the Value Adjustment Boards throughout the State of Florida.
