She has practiced in the United States Tax Court to which she was admitted. Ms. Leto is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is admitted to practice before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

Ms. Leto is involved in various professional and community organizations within the State of Florida, including the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association, Lakeland Bar Association, and the Catholic Charities of Central Florida.

Ms. Leto lives in Polk County with her husband. They have three adult children. Ms. Leto graduated from Plant High School in Tampa, and she continues to remain active in the Tampa community.
