Pamela Lindsay Parvis
Family law, custody & divorce attorney in Rockville, Maryland.
Life is full of transitions and turning points. Dealing with change is challenging enough; when change involves legal questions, it can be overwhelming. With the right help, it doesn’t have to be. As a life changes attorney, my goal is to help make the big changes you may face—marriage, divorce, and guardianship—easier.
You don’t have to move through major, and sometimes chaotic, life changes alone. I will work with you to identify your needs and goals, explore your options, and give you the legal guidance you need to make informed decisions. You remain in control, with the support and resources you need to feel confident moving forward.
I have concentrated my practice in family law and related issues for more than 20 years, and am a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate legal concerns, customizing my approach to their unique needs and circumstances.
Sometimes that means simply offering legal guidance and reviewing agreements. Other times it means helping a client negotiate the terms of an agreement or settlement. And, when necessary, it may mean litigating the resolution of a dispute in court. Whatever the process, my priority is helping you achieve the outcome you need with a minimum of stress and disruption, and with hope and a sense of empowerment.
