I am a defense attorney in the Army Reserves. I provide representation for soldiers facing criminal charges or adverse administrative actions such as separation from service. As a defense counsel I've represented soldiers charged with murder, manslaughter, sex crimes, AWOL and abuse of trainees.

I am currently assigned jointly to the major crimes and special assault units of Spokane County Prosecutor's Office where I am the elder law prosecutor. My cases have included most criminal charges including murder, rape, criminal mistreatment, drug cases and theft/fraud as well as DUI and other driving charges.
