Quin Parham
Quin joined Hickey & Evans in 2016 as an Associate. His practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation and he has appeared on behalf of clients in both federal and state court. He also represents and advises clients on insurance defense and coverage issues, education law, and commercial transactions. Quin currently serves on the Board for the Wyoming Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Quin graduated, cum laude, in 2015 from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resource Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver in 2012.
During law school, Quin gained invaluable experience working as a judicial extern for the Hon. Ann Aiken, U.S. District Judge for the District of Oregon, in addition to completing stints in the legal departments of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of the Interior. He also served as a research assistant for Professor and former dean Robert Klonoff.
