R. Chad Duffield

For more than sixteen years, R. Chad Duffield has had the honor of representing hundreds of individuals and families who were injured or who lost loved ones as a result of tractor-trailer, automobile, and motorcycle collisions, coal mining accidents, defective products, and improperly maintained premises. While he handles a multitude of personal injury cases, Mr. Duffield focuses a substantial part of his practice on tractor-trailer and commercial vehicle collisions. Mr. Duffield holds a Class A CDL Learner's Permit in West Virginia and has actually operated a tractor-trailer as part of the training he received through the Legacy Corporation International's tractor-trailer driver training and instruction for legal professionals. He has been named a Top Ten Trucking Trial Lawyer in West Virginia by the National Trial Lawyers since 2017 and is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
