Raheem Watson

Attorney Raheem S. Watson is the Founder of the Watson Law Firm. Prior to founding the Watson Law Firm, Raheem was the Managing Attorney at The Smyler Firm—a minority-owned firm specializing in Public Finance and Municipal Law.
As a graduate of the inaugural class at Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, Raheem served as Senior Notes Editor & Articles Editor of the Drexel Law Review. At Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, Raheem concentrated his studies in Business & Entrepreneurial Law, one of the three areas of specialization offered at Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law. The Business & Entrepreneurial concentration has prepared Raheem to represent clients in a range of business related matters including shareholder actions, securities litigation, and private equity & venture capital disputes. In addition, Raheem represents clients in products liability, complex commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense.
Raheem also served as a summer law clerk at commercial real estate firm, Jackson Cross Partners, LLC. While clerking at Jackson Cross Partners, LLC, he was involved in the preparation of documents for clients involved in commercial real estate transactions. Drawing on this experience, Raheem is able to represent clients involved in commercial real estate disputes, and other property related disputes.
Raheem has extensive experience in general and commercial litigation matters from his tenure at a prestigious Philadelphia litigation firm, Conrad O'Brien PC, a Chambers rated law firm, and a firm rated as a top tier commercial litigation firm by U.S. News & World Report. Drawing on this experience, he is able to represent clients in a broad range of litigation matters.
