Renata Weissman
Helping families overcome difficult times.Renata Weissman obtained her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 2010. During law school, Renata began gathering her experience in the legal field through her internship with the Hon. Jane A. Solomon, New York Civil Division, New York County, followed by an internship with Jaffe & Koumourdas, LLP and an internship with ICE at Homeland Security. Prior to attending law school, but after obtaining her B.A. in Economics and Psychology from New York University, Renata was employed as a Legal Assistant at Agins, Siegel, Reiner & Bouklas, LLP (now Siegel & Reiner, LLC). Through these chosen positions, Renata gained insight into how the system works at multiple levels and from many perspectives, now allowing her to apply that knowledge and experience to your case. Renata is admitted and licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and the United States Supreme Court (where she had the good fortune of speaking with Ruth Bader Ginsburg). Renata speaks proficient Russian and basic Spanish, making use of this to aid her clients whenever possible. Renata is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyer’s Association. Renata Weissman's Family Law Practice is located in NYC, Brooklyn, NY.
