Legal Answers
- Q. I’m looking for a lawyer that’s willing to take payment plans in Clearwater Florida (pinellas county)
- A: Many lawyers practice in Pinellas. I suggest calling around to a number of attorneys who offer consultation.
- Q. Can you be charged, and convicted for sell of meth, when you weren't there even if the detective says you were.
- A: The burden is on the government to prove that the Defendant committed the offense. The government must have evidence and proof beyond a reasonable doubt. - Q. Firearm Surrender Hearing issued from another state, what do I do? I cannot attend.
- A: I suggest consulting with attorneys within the jurisdiction where the hearing is scheduled to take place.
