Mr. Gross successfully litigated numerous cases through jury trials, motions, and hearings. He also worked in the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Bureau where he prosecuted family offenses on the misdemeanor and felony level. Mr. Gross has handled cases in the Narcotics, White Collar Crime and Major Offense Bureaus. Because of his experience in Suffolk County, Mr. Gross is highly-skilled in trial technique and rules of evidence.
His aggressive courtroom style has led to many favorable outcomes. Following his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Gross worked for the largest matrimonial law firm on Long Island, where he handled divorces, custody matters, and orders of protection in the Family, District, and Supreme Court. He handles complex matrimonial cases and litigates any issue on behalf of his clients, no matter how big or small they may be.
Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Gross is a college professor at a prestigious university where he teaches criminal justice and family law, about which he is extremely passionate. He is also the Chair of the Innocence Project at Hofstra University.
