Scott J. Jontiff

He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Miami School of Law. For the past 30 years, Scott has represented in excess of a thousand individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of other persons, corporations or other entities. This includes Automobile accidents, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Slip or Trip and Fall cases and the enforcement of rights against insurance companies. Through his representation, Scott also guides his clients through the many challenges that arise during a personal injury case, from the initial intake through the conclusion of the case and beyond.
