With pride. I am a triple barred attorney in three states. Ohio, NY. and Florida for 52 years, still active in Ohio and Florida. I have had a number of famous cases and was honored to be chosen to close our WW II embassy in Bonn, Germany. I help people. Highly rated on Google and AVVO. I enjoy providing personal service to people. I am a Supreme Court Mentor and teach lawyers for several years. Lecturing around the country in my areas of practice to lawyers and on behalf of publications and at universities was a pleasure. Thank you for the view!

Q. What If I Compleated My Music Contract And The Old Company Saying I'm Still Under Them
A: It is absolutely impossible to answer your question as much as i'd really like to. This happens time and time again and everything depends upon an entertainment lawyer reviewing the agreement. We have so much experience and there are so many moves to make that you really need professional advice. Find a very long experienced entertainment lawyer because we learn the moves from years of experience and seeing so many things happen and discussing that with colleagues. Very best of luck to you.
Q. Does creating my work in a non-commercial use app, then same in commercial one violate terms of service of the first?
A: I am very sorry about your predicament but want to tell you that regardless of the terms, It makes no difference. The people who run the site make the rules. No way for us to tell.
Q. In the USA, is it copyrighright infringement to download an image for private offline viewing without sharing?
A: Once you download something in your computer, you are committing copyright infringement. IP has no tails you can borrow except for a copyright defense of fair use . . . I would not like to rely upon defenses in the law. The trouble with copyright infringement is that in order to avoid that you need to have a private consultation with an entertainment lawyer or intellectual property lawyer. In intellectual property, our practice deals with show and tell. You really need to see it to give an opinion and that should never be open and online. Good luck.
