Following law school, Attorney Presser served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. During his time as a Public Defender, he defended countless misdemeanor and felony cases, while honing his skills as a criminal defense lawyer. His experience as a criminal defense attorney includes handling thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor driving while license suspended, all the way up to attempted 1st degree murder cases. He has a trial success rate of over 80%, and has been able to get many cases dismissed prior to trial through motions.
