Stephen F. Dial
A passion for protecting your rights, when you need us most - we'll be here.I am a graduate Columbia University majoring in Oriental Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude and graduate of Harvard Law School. Although I did not know him personally, one of my classmates is now Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. As an attendee of the official US-China Joint Session on Trade, Investment and Economic Law in Peking I participated in the exchange legal knowledge and experience to help remove obstacles to advance international trade. That US-China Joint Session was referred to in the China Daily as “the most significant legal exchange in history between China and the United States.” Having been around the country and halfway around the world made me an eclectic person with a broad range of interests. I and my staff love serving a diverse clientele. We appreciate that everyone is unique, and that while a legal problem or matter may have brought each client to us, the law and its implications is but a small and seldom a welcome part of their lives. Our job is to work hard to vindicate the rights of our clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases as thoroughly and expediently as possible, while respecting them as people with an entire life and not a specific problem. While I’m not in the office working for my clients, I enjoy reading–I have thousands of books in my library and am always adding more to my collection- music, and learning foreign languages.
