Stephen Kregstein
Transaction Guru
In my 40+ years' experience as a transaction attorney, I have formed and counseled numerous public and private companies in diverse industries. I have negotiated, drafted and reviewed thousands of commercial agreements. As a trained mediator, I have learned how to ascertain what is most important to another party to a transaction or dispute and then craft resolutions that meet the needs of both parties.
I have been an instructor for Continuing Education of the Bar courses on Organizing and Advising Businesses, a lecturer for courses at the University of Colorado/Anschutz Medical Center on Entity Formation, Taxation, Corporate Governance and Securities Regulation for a certificate program in Bioinnovation and Entrepreneurship, and an adjunct professor for courses at University College/University of Denver on the Legal aspects of Research and Development for its Healthcare Leadership Program.
