Steven Thrasher
I Protect the Assets of Growing Businesses, Inventors and Entrepreneurs.
For over a decade, I've had the privilege of being a provider for many well known businesses, inventors, and institutions who, like you, want to protect their ideas and monetize their inventions. The proof is in the numbers – my clients have received hundreds of patents and millions of dollars in real world results.
Some of my clients, like Semantra and Advanced Search Labs, have used patents to receive angel investments and venture funding. Other clients, such as Lisa Lloyd and Lori Cheek, have appeared on Shark Tank, Ellen, Dr. Phil (for good reasons) and the Steve Harvey Show. Others have chosen to license their inventions and stay in the background, while receiving checks as larger, established companies sell their products in industries ranging from novelty products, to skiing accessories & fishing equipment, to software.
Maybe you want to be on Shark Tank, Dragons Den, or be interviewed by Steve Harvey or Ellen Degeneres, or buy your own product at Walmart, Petsmart or another major retailer . . . or even on Amazon. It takes serious work -- a lot more than 'just an idea.' The odds are already stacked against you. And, if you don't have a plan you chances are pretty much zero. It's doesn't happen automatically, but I have a proven plans and systems (called the E5 Patent, Trademark and Copyright Systems) that can get you there.
I get great satisfaction when I see a client’s face light up when their inventions make it to the shelves of retailers, or through companies like Conair and Fiskers. They'll tell you that nothing compares to the thrill you get when you actually go into a store for the first time and purchase your own product at Walmart, Party City, Lowe’s, or Home Depot.
In the past, I’ve charged by the hour, and sometimes still do -- but not everyone is ready for one on one hourly coaching. So, I’ve spent years dissecting what works and distilling it into systems with mostly flat-rates. I think these systems can work for you, too.

- Q. Can the formula for a specific type of concrete be patented?
- A: Assuming that you and your patent attorney can argue successfully that it's not obvious to a skilled concrete professional, then yours odds are strong.
Of course, the detailed analysis to gain confidence is complex and requires research, and the process of preparing a patent application and shepherding it through the patent office requires a skilled professional.
You've got a strong idea with technical - and possibly economic - merit, so, your next step is to find a patent attorney who can help guide you through the legal gauntlet.
