Susan M Gibson

Susan M. Gibson is an experienced family law attorney and litigator with almost ten years of litigation experience. Susan focuses her practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and spousal support. Susan has extensive experience litigating family law matters throughout the Philadelphia five-county area and she currently focuses her practice in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Susan uses her years of experience to zealously advocate for her clients, seeking settlement whenever possible, but always prepared to litigate any matter if settlement is not possible.

Susan strives to develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with her clients in order to provide her clients with a clear roadmap of where their case is and where it is going. Susan believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge they need to regain a sense of control over their lives and their future. Susan firmly believes in working with her clients to educate them about their legal options so that they can make well-informed decisions about the course of their case, knowing and understanding how those decisions will impact their lives. Susan works diligently to help her clients gain a sense of control and security about their future as they navigate this very challenging time in their lives.

Prior to establishing Gibson Family Law, PLLC, Susan worked for a nationally renowned large law firm based in Philadelphia, where she gained invaluable expertise in complex financial matters impacting child support, spousal support, alimony, and property division. Susan has extensive experience representing business owners and upper level business executives with complex income situations and property ownership, including business ownership.
