West, Esq. graduated summa cum laude from Clark Atlanta University with a B.A. in Political Science and received her law degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law. Ms. West has practiced law since 2000 with over seventeen (17) years of experience in labor and employment law. Ms. West is the President/CEO of The West Legal Group, P.C., a boutique law firm representing clients against private employers, corporations, governmental agencies, and public sector in all types of employment related actions, including discrimination, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, labor disputes, grievances, and appeals of wrongful terminations.
