Terrell Lee
Trusts, Estates, & Elder LawTerrell R. Lee has been practicing law in the State of Utah since 2007. As an attorney, he has shown genuine devotion and commitment to the well-being of his clients and has developed a reputation for his professionalism and acute attention to detail. Before founding his own law practice, Terrell worked for several years at a mid-size Utah law firm with offices throughout Utah. He developed experience in a variety of practice areas, with an emphasis on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Litigation. Terrell also served as a clerk in the Third District Court of Utah and, prior to law school, spent several years in the private sector developing business and administrative experience. Terrell attended law school at the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law where he served as editor of the Penn State Law Review. He also spent a year at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU as a visiting student, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Utah. Terrell is dedicated to helping his clients and providing service to the community. Each month he provides volunteer pro bono legal counseling at a local senior center, and is an active participant in various local groups and organizations.
