Timothy Scott Farrow
Before devoting his career to criminal defense more than 20 years ago, Timothy Farrow, Esq. worked on the other side of the courtroom – first as a law clerk in Camden County Superior Court for a criminal judge, then as an assistant prosecutor in Burlington County. Utilizing his early training, Tim is able to anticipate the prosecution’s actions and plan proactive defense strategies for his clients. Today, Tim provides criminal defense at all levels. He represents defendants in matters that range from driving-related charges (e.g., drunk driving, driving while suspended, no insurance, leaving the scene, etc.) to disorderly persons offenses (e.g., shoplifting; assault and harassment; possession of marijuana and/or drug paraphernalia; and drug loitering). In addition, he handles indictable (i.e., felony) cases such as murder, CDS (drug) offenses, sex offenses, theft, embezzlement, computer crime, aggravated assault, weapons charges, robbery, etc. In addition to leading the criminal defense practice area at Domers Bonamassa, PC, Tim is a frequent panelist at seminars on criminal matters, and he has been appointed as a public defender in Audubon, NJ and Pemberton Township, NJ.
