Since 2001, I have had extensive experience in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy , Chapters 7 and 13. Over the years I have help many individuals and families regain economic stability by losing their debt and keep their homes without losing their dignity. Bankruptcy is a "power move" available to all Americans who qualify.

Chapter 11 is available to business as well as individuals who cannot meet the chapter 13 requirements. We have helped many small businesses and individuals reorganize debt and get back to business and life with much improved economics.

Additionally, we have helped families defend against ruthless foreclosure firms and have helped countless individuals maintain ownership of their primary residence.

I make a point of returning calls the day they are received and keeping my clients apprised of all aspects of their case. I am available by cell phone to all of my clients including evenings holidays and weekends.
