Mr. Meyer will attend all preliminary hearings for you. You’ll only have to attend the final resolution. Out of town? Many criminal cases can be handled without your returning to Brevard County, saving you the travel expenses (phone consultations are available). A considerable amount of time is needed to gather the evidence needed to successfully defend a DUI or criminal case. Even if the case is not defendable, many times we can minimize fines and penalties. We realize this can be a stressful and financially draining time for you. We will work with you to determine the best method of payment that can accommodate your budget and take any additional pressure off of you.
