Since opening its doors in 2006, Brown & Associates has helped clients with tough personal and business choices. Whether it is a financial decision such as filing for Bankruptcy relief, defending a foreclosure, negotiating a Loan Modification or a Shot Sale, or Real Estate matters such as selling or buying a property or entering into a Lease agreement as the Landlord or the Tenant, our one and only job is help you make the best decision. As the founder of Brown & Associates, Barbara Brown hires attorneys and staff that specialize in a specific area, such as Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense, Loan Modifications, or Short Sales. By creating niche areas in the law firm, attorneys and staff are able to be very proficient in their line of work which leads to being very efficient and effective when working with the client. Barbara, herself, has taught the continuing legal education course on foreclosure defense and workout options to other attorneys and their staff members. Many times our clients come to us in the midst of a difficult and stressful financial situation, and our attorneys’ fees and costs should not compound the client’s financial problems. Our philosophy has always been to work with the client by offering flat fee or installment payment arrangements. We strive to provide legal services for individuals and commercial clients in a cost-effective manner that is not burdensome on the client. At Brown & Associates, we offer individualized attention to our clients and their needs. Unlike a lot of large Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense firms, we do not use coverage attorneys or outside contract attorneys or staff.
