He is a skilled and dedicated defense lawyer who is focused on achieving a successful outcome for his clients in every case that he takes on. Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney, Casey served as a prosecutor in the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, Prince William County, Virginia where he gained unique insight into how the government develops and prosecutes both felony and misdemeanor cases. Casey is well respected by attorneys and judges and has been repeatedly recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyer. He actively contributes his knowledge to the Virginia legal community and his leadership positions include serving as the former Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary of the Criminal Law Section of the Virginia State Bar Association and also Past Chair of its 5th District Section III Ethics Committee. Further, Casey was the former President of the Prince William County Bar Association and served for eight consecutive years as the Chair of its Criminal Law Committee.
