Mr. Ragone served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In the judicial term prior, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, J.A.D., of the Appellate Division of New Jersey. Mr. Ragone’s interest in serving the New Jersey judiciary stemmed from his internship for the Honorable Marie E. Lihotz, P.J.A.D., of the Appellate Division.
Mr. Ragone has always possessed a keen interest in civil rights. His interest in the nuances of employment litigation naturally piqued when he participated in Rutgers’ Hunter Moot Court Competition, as the case was based on the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 and other facets of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Mr. Ragone and his partner won the program’s Best Brief award. As he continued to gain exposure to employment disputes during his judicial clerkships, Mr. Ragone further solidified his desire to practice employment law during his career.
At Rutgers Law School, Mr. Ragone graduated cum laude and served as Articles Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2018 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 2019.
