Joshua is an experienced patent attorney and counselor who founded Mertzlufft Law PLLC to provide top-of-class service to clients nationwide. With a background in applied physics, Joshua is able to work with clients in a variety of patent procurement and litigation matters in industries including energy, cleantech, software, telecommunications, and aerospace. Joshua is a former engineer and web developer, and he has experience working with clients ranging from pre-seed startups to stock exchange-listed corporations.
