Justin J Gendler
I am a practicing attorney, licensed in Florida and New York, and an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Ethics at the Florida Atlantic University College of Business. I graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where I served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review and President of the Trial Advocacy Team.
After graduation, I worked as a public defender in Miami. There, I spent every day in the courtroom, effectively managed well over a thousand criminal cases, led several jury trials, and took countless depositions. I then spent time as a business litigation associate at a large law firm, working on multi-million dollar contract disputes of all kinds, before establishing Gendler & Gendler, PLLC along with my father and law partner, Richard Gendler.
With our combined thirty years of experience, our firm offers the services that my father has built his career on: consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure, and estate planning. And, building off of the skills I have gained in the courtroom, we also offer quality representation in civil litigation and criminal defense matters. All at lower prices and with more individualized attention to each case than the big firms are able to offer.
