Kevin Feeney
Trial Experienced Criminal Defense Lawyer
I have dedicated the past 30 years of my career to criminal defense law, tirelessly advocating for my clients in challenging cases. My extensive experience allows me to thoroughly gather and analyze evidence essential for winning cases. Whether it involves identifying a defense strategy or addressing pretrial issues, I have encountered and tackled it successfully in court.
Throughout my career, I have achieved numerous victories in suppression motions related to illegal searches and arrests, as well as in both bench trials and jury trials. I am trained and qualified under Criminal Procedure Rule 801 to manage death penalty cases, a qualification that adheres to the stringent standards set by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for handling the most severe cases. This level of qualification is rare among lawyers, but I possess both the training and experience required.
If you need legal representation for a criminal case, I am here to help. Please, do not hesitate to call me.
