Kimberly G. Finnigan is a bilingual attorney who focuses her practice on immigration, employment and labor law, and civil rights litigation. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Finnigan was employed as a human resources professional for a worldwide organization and wrote for the Chilean newspaper, El Mercurio.

Ms. Finnigan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Capital District Women's Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Albany County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Committee. She serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Equinox Inc. and is a member of the Board of Directors of Senior Services of Albany. Ms. Finnigan is a lecturer on immigration and employment law topics.
