Biography

Logan Manderscheid, a Criminal Defense Attorney at Denmon Pearlman Law, has lived in Pinellas County his entire life. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. He graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University School of Law.

While in law school, Logan was an editor for the Stetson Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. His team won several national awards. Logan also interned for the Honorable Frank Quesada in Pinellas County Criminal Circuit Court and the State Attorney’s Office in Pinellas County.

He started his career as a Prosecutor in Pinellas County, a position he held for three years.

During his tenure, he worked in the Domestic Violence Division and with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission to prosecute Boating Under the Influence charges.

Under the leadership of Bernie McCabe and Bruce Bartlett, Logan handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors such as DUI, domestic battery, and drug charges to violent felonies such as murder. He tried 30 cases in front of a jury.

Inspired by his father James F. Manderscheid, who was a Criminal Defense Attorney in Pinellas County for over 40 years, Logan decided to switch his role in the criminal justice system. As a child, Logan saw the compassion and time that his father spent helping other people make the best out of the worst possible situations.

Logan stands in the corner with people when they feel like nobody else will. He’s seen firsthand the stress the criminal justice system causes people and their families and is ready to guide people through that process through his work at Denmon Pearlman Law.

He is admitted to all state courts and three federal courts in Florida (Southern District, Middle District, and Northern District).

Logan is a volunteer mentor for the Take Stock in Children Foundation, working with students in Pinellas County.
