Peyton Jameson Healey
Peyton is a Partner at Powers Taylor, LLP. He joined the firm in 2008 after working for a preeminent intellectual property litigation firm in Dallas, Texas. A graduate of Baylor University School of Law and Baylor University, Peyton’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, complex business disputes, and appeals. He has experience handling a wide range of cases related to commercial contracts and investor disputes. Peyton has successfully represented clients before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and before the Dallas Court of Appeals. Peyton is admitted to practice before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all federal district courts throughout Texas, and the courts of the State of Texas.
