In my immigration practice I represent clients from all over Michigan, the country and the world with a particular focus on complex family-based immigration law including immigrant visa petitions, K1 fiance visas, naturalization and citizenship, adjustment of status and waivers of inadmissibility. I also specialize in certain classes of non-immigrant visas including TN, E1/E2, H1B and O1 visas.
My criminal defense practice is focused on representing defendants in misdemeanor and felony cases pending in Jackson and Washtenaw counties. I have experience handling a wide variety of criminal matters including: drunk driving, drug possession offenses, home invasion, assaultive crimes, fraud and theft, resisting and obstructing and narcotics sales/distribution.

Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Typically we charge a flat fee for our immigration law services. However, in some case we charge by the hour. Our current hourly rate is $200. For criminal defense we are generally compensated via a hybrid flat fee and hourly arrangement.
