Rachel Kaufman
TAKING JUSTICE TO NEW HEIGHTSSince starting Rachel Kaufman Law in June of 2015, Rachel has provided top-notch legal representation to hundreds of clients throughout the State of Georgia. In that short time, Rachel has gained a reputation for being a highly passionate and highly effective courtroom advocate. Amongst her colleagues, judges and courtroom personnel, Rachel is known for being a smart fighter, who can see through the tumbleweeds and intuitively zero-in on which strategic routes need to be taken to get to the best outcome possible. No matter the charge (DUI, Murder, Drug Offense, etc.), Rachel approaches each client’s situation with family-like loyalty and laser-eye focus on their end goals. She takes a collaborative approach to her cases, often calling upon her clients and their families to provide as much context and perspective as possible. Then, armed with a thorough understanding of all facts and circumstances of each case – including what happened and why - Rachel will then evaluate possible defenses and devise strategic plans of action going forward. Her willingness to deal with the truth head on is what has given her so much credibility and respect in the courtroom amongst her peers, clients and opposing counsel —leading to great success with both pre-trial resolutions and jury verdicts! Rachel clearly understands that the decision to fight a case in front of a jury or resolve it before trial (with a guilty or nolo plea) is a monumental life choice that is taken VERY seriously. As a result, prior to a client’s final decision on which path to take, there will always be an unbiased assessment of the evidence, a review of available defenses and an honest and meaningful understanding of what is at stake. At Rachel Kaufman Law, Rachel works closely with clients and their families to review options, discuss possible resolutions and put the clients in the best possible position to get the outcome they want.
