Ronald Edward Dupree Jr
Assisting employees in workplace litigation
I represent employees in legal disputes. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to hire an employment lawyer, you should choose one that is passionate about protecting your legal rights at every opportunity. I established the Dupree Law Firm to be a consistent advocate for employee rights in the workplace.
I began my legal career in the management services division of a large, publicly-traded real estate investment trust. In this role I was responsible for the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, promotion and coaching of all employees reporting to me. As a member of the management team, I was driven to learn everything that I could about employment law to protect the company from liability. During this process I learned that many employment laws are so complex that they often provide no protection for employees at all. I wanted to do something to make sure that employees were treated fairly in our legal system. So, in 2006 I established the Dupree Law Firm with a valuable perspective on how companies approach employment law claims.
I am proud of to have represented Texas employees for over a decade in cases before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), in state and federal court and in private arbitrations. I am confident that my unique background has produced favorable results for my clients. The best part of my job is helping employees who have traditionally been shut out of the legal system get the justice that they deserve.
I am a proud graduate of Florida State University where I completed both my undergraduate and law school education. I am licensed to practice law before all state courts in Texas and before federal courts including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit.
