William Frazier
Bill likes to solve problems. He is humbled by the fact that hundreds of clients over the years have entrusted him with their most challenging concerns and problems. Using a mix of experience, knowledge, creativity, and relationship-building, Bill has been blessed with the opportunity to solve thousands of problems for people seeking solutions.
Bill joined BFG (then Law Offices of Steven Bangerter) as an associate in 2005, became a partner in December 2012 (then Bangerter Sheppard & Frazier), and became the firm’s Managing Partner of Bangerter Frazier Group in March 2018. His primary areas of practice are, insurance defense, personal injury, professional negligence, labor/employment defense, estate and trust matters/litigation, and general civil litigation. Additional areas of practice include estate planning, representation of construction trades, and benefits planning for persons with disabilities.
Bill was appointed by the Utah Supreme Court to serve as a volunteer Judge Pro Tem for the Washington County Justice Court in 2012, and continues to serve in this capacity.
Bill served as President of the Southern Utah Bar Association in 2018. In 2020, Bill completed a week-long mediation training offered by Harvard University's Program on Negotiation.
Bill is licensed in the states of California, Utah, Nevada, and Washington. He handles litigated matters from inception through trial and appeal. He has been counsel of record for a number of recent high dollar, high exposure cases, and has secured excellent results for the firm’s clients.
