Jillian Tate

Jillian E. Tate is an Attorney in Kelley Kronenberg’s Justice for Kids Division®, a national practice dedicated to providing legal services to abused, disabled, and catastrophically injured children harmed in foster care, shelters, residential treatment centers, group homes, and other child welfare settings, as well as all children harmed by the acts of others.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Jillian served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanors to serious felonies. She also served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Second Judicial Circuit in both Leon and Gadsden County.
