Tara Arnold
Arnold & ItkinAttorney Tara Arnold grew up in a small town in Louisiana and worked at a local personal injury firm. This experience, along with her mother’s advocacy work on behalf of crime victims, fostered a passion for the law at a young age. Dedicated to success, Tara graduated as valedictorian of her high school class as well as summa cum laude and number one in her college class. She then went on to attend Tulane Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and a member of the Order of the Coif (top 10% of her class). During her time in law school, she worked in the Tulane Civil Law Clinic as a practicing attorney and competed on the school’s national moot court appellate team. After graduation, she worked for a prominent New York law firm out of its Houston office, focusing her practice on representing buyers, sellers and investment banks in multi-million and billion dollar mergers and acquisitions. Here, she gained invaluable experience with oil and gas industry transactions. When she joined Arnold & Itkin LLP, she brought her experience and passion to help the firm with high-stakes commercial and business disputes as well as in-house business matters, while also helping offshore injury victims. As Tara grew up with many friends and family members who work in the offshore industry, she understands the importance of protecting workers’ rights and safety.
