Vineet Dubey
Custodio & DubeyVineet received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in May, 2002 from Rice University. He then moved to Los Angeles where he received his Juris Doctor from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law in May, 2005. Vineet has been an active member of the California Bar since 2006 and has extensive experience, including trial experience, in various types of civil litigation matters. Vineet started practicing law at Downstream Exchange Company in Pasadena where he worked on real estate transactions, facilitating IRC section 1031 exchanges. At that time he was also a partner in the law firm of Dubey & Phillips, where he specialized in corporate formation and civil litigation. He then moved on to work for The Law Office of Dan Hogue where he gained valuable trial experience while handling real estate litigation. Vineet then moved to a law firm in downtown Los Angeles where he headed the employment litigation department on the Plaintiff’s side. In 2010, Vineet started his own practice, The Dubey Law Firm, specializing in civil litigation, before partnering up with Miguel A. Custodio, Jr., a good friend from law school at UCLA, to found Custodio & Dubey LLP.Since the founding of Custodio & Dubey LLP, Vineet has been lead counsel in over 150 civil rights and consumer protection cases in which he has achieved significant and beneficial results for clients, and in many instances for the general public.
